Yes…we know our name is Nick’s House of Ribs, but that doesn’t mean that we are serving up ONLY Ribs. If you’re thinking that, you’re missing out on SO MANY other delicious items on our menu. Don’t get us wrong, Ribs are our house specialty and we’re known for them, but we have other awesome selections on our menu too. Today we want to tell you all about our great seafood, in case you don’t already know.
Last week, we told you all about our awesome ribs, chicken, and steak. Today we’re talking about seafood….what the Eastern Shore does like no other. We here at Nick’s have mastered the art of making a marvelous Maryland meal! Whether you prefer a crab cake or shrimp, or a lobster tail or fish, Nick’s has something for you.
Our menu features three types of Fish- a Cedar Plank Salmon with a honey-balsamic reduction, Flounder Almondine with imperial sauce and sliced almonds, and our Stuffed Flounder Almondine with a Crab Cake center. Yummm. And don’t forget all entrees come with dinner rolls & two sides…score!
We also have a Jumbo Lump Crab Cake (order one or two) with homemade tartar sauce and a 4 oz. Lobster Tail (order one or two) oven-roasted with melted butter. Talking about all of this seafood is making us want to shut the computer down right now and head to the kitchen for a seafood feast!
